How do i create variable cadence sets?

Variable cadence sets that use different cadences during different time frames within the set. 

An accelerating set might look like this:

3 Minutes

Minute 1: 7 reps per minute

Minute 2: 8 reps per minute

Minute 3: 9 reps per minute

A decelerating set would be the opposite.

To create a variable cadence set, you will need to create multiple series. 

For each series, select the cadence and set time you want. Leave the rest after set at 0:00 and select 1 for the # of sets.

Next, click the "+" sign to add another series.
